L2 Certified Preschool Educator

Responsibilities:

• Embrace the vision, mission, philosophy and core values of the Centre.
• Creates a secure and quality learning environment for children.
• Develop nurturing, trusting and respectful relationships with children.
• Enriches children's learning by co-designing and implementing developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula and programmes.
• Effectively integrate innovative teaching and learning practices.
• Proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and community.
• Co-design collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Guides junior educators in enhancing their professional practices.
• Provides suggestions and ideas to improve professional development in the Centre.
• Contribute to Centre's culture of collaboration and collegiality.
• Perform any other duties as required

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Candidates with ECDA Teacher Certification L2 Category (LON) will have an added advantage.
• Work Location: Jurong East
