Have basic understanding of the Banks network, processes & change windows.
Provide access to vendors to the network devices.
Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational
Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools and respond to alerts
Provide onsite technical support to clients and provide field engineering services to clients
Perform Network operation for the Network Infrastructure and Network Equipment at the client premises, including performance and bandwidth monitoring to flag out any irregularities during migration.
Develops the ability to start owning portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management.
Functions jointly with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
Action less complex configurations and installations
Attend to less complex break/fix events
