L&D Specialist

Brief Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement innovative learning solutions for the Public Service. This role focuses on creating impactful training programs and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance capability development.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop online, blended, or classroom learning interventions based on identified learning needs for the Public Service. Collaborate with subject matter experts to define course learning outcomes and create relevant training materials. Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions at both individual and organizational levels. Partner with agency stakeholders to identify capability gaps, design targeted interventions, and create necessary learning resources. Manage the complete programme development process while maintaining stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines. Research and incorporate emerging practices in learning and development to keep programs current and relevant. Contribute to consultancy projects supporting public agencies transformation efforts, utilizing methodologies such as design thinking and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. At least 2-4 years of experience in learning and development (L&D) and instructional design. Strong organisational, analytical, project management, and communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, and resourceful. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Demonstrated professionalism and confidence in interactions across all levels, particularly with key stakeholders.
