Champion experimental learning experiences that are learner-centered, integrating the elements of pedagogical design, space and technology.
Research and identify new learning technologies and methods for experimentation and implementation.
Design, advise and curate engaging and effective blended learning experiences, such as milestone programmes, exhibitions, and short learning events.
Collect and make sense of data, both qualitative and quantitative, to evaluate learning impact at the company.
Communicate insights, best practices and impact to stakeholders to deepen thought leadership and practice in how the company can design and deliver varied modalities of learning.
Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders within and outside of the company to meet participants learning experience needs.
What we are looking for
Degree in Human Resources.
Strong team player with the ability to work and thrive in an agile and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, project management and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, creative and resourceful.
Possess professionalism and confidence in dealing with people at all levels.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Learning & Development (L&D).
Experience in classroom training/facilitation and design of learning interventions.
Expertise in change management, user experience design, design thinking or gamification may be advantageous to the role .
