Learning and Development (L&D)

  • Manage day-to-day L&D administration and operations such as:
  • LMS system administration
  • Coordinate and manage the roll-out and completion of mandatory training/e-learning for the employees
  • Learning courses communication & logistical support
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure curriculums are relevant, consistent & effective for the target audience
  • Managing external training partners for effective course delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on launching group-wide learning modules
  • Manage the reporting for In-Principle Approval (IPA) for all training requirements

People Services

  • Assist in reviewing and implementing Human Resource (HR) operational policies, processes, and guidelines
  • Assist HR processes including, but not limited to onboarding/offboarding, transfer, retention, and probation processes
  • Assist in maintaining the content on the Company intranet page
  • Provide advice to internal stakeholders on HR matters such as benefits, welfare and compliance policies
  • Support Business Continuity Plan matters related to the Company
  • Assist on any other administrative matters when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in HR operations/generalist role
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Meticulous, good team player and able to exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices to recommend appropriate actions
  • Self-starter and able to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change
