KYC Testing Business Analyst (CLM)

• Develop UAT strategies test plans test cases and scenario designs aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Conduct comprehensive end to end testing across user journeys including onboarding maintenance updates and periodic reviews
• Review and interpret Business Requirement Documents BRDs and Functional Specification Documents FSDs
• Manage UAT execution cycles monitor progress track defects assess impacts and ensure timely closure
• Identify opportunities for process improvements testing efficiencies and enhancements to KYC controls

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in UAT testing business analysis or KYC CLM operations
• Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
• Excellent analytical documentation stakeholder communication problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing workstreams
• Prioritize functional features in project backlog

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in a techno functional role
• Strong understanding of SDLC system architecture, UAT, CLM and data flows
• Experience in compliance KYC or regulatory domain
