Duration: 1 year contract
Responsibilities:
- Support Client Advisors in remediating gaps in client Source of Wealth (SOW) profiles in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Review and uplift SOW documentation and corroborative evidence to meet current standards.
- Liaise with Client Advisors to obtain additional information and supporting documents where required.
- Prepare and enhance SOW narratives, including wealth drivers, plausibility assessments, materiality reviews, and validation of supporting documents.
- Escalate AML or financial crime red flags to the AML team/MLRO promptly.
- Work closely with QA/SOW checkers to address identified quality issues.
- Perform name screening and support ad-hoc compliance initiatives and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in private banking with exposure to AML/CFT areas (KYC, SOW).
- Experience working with Front Office/Client Facing teams
- Strong documentation, research, and business-writing skills
- Strong understanding of MAS Notice 626 and practical application within private banking.
