The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to hire a Client Service Executive (CSE) to support the Private Banking business.
This is a 6-month contract role, based in a centralized support team.

The Job

The Client Service Executive will support the Global South Asia (GSA) Private Banking business, working closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs), and Investment Managers (IMs).

The role is predominantly focused on KYC and Source of Wealth (SOW) documentation for new client onboarding and periodic reviews, alongside day-to-day client servicing and operational support.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support RMs/ARMs in new client onboarding, including KYC documentation, Source of Wealth (SOW) assessment, and account opening requirements

  • Manage periodic KYC reviews, remediation, and follow-ups to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

  • Act as a key liaison between Private Bankers, compliance, operations, and internal stakeholders to resolve KYC-related queries and issues

  • Provide day-to-day business-as-usual support to the Private Banking desk, including account and payment-related matters

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, tracking, and escalation of outstanding KYC/SOW items

  • Develop a strong understanding of applicable regulatory and compliance requirements, including confidentiality, data protection, and cross-border regulations

  • Escalate issues to management in a timely and appropriate manner

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or KYC/Client Due Diligence is preferred

  • Hands-on exposure to KYC and Source of Wealth reviews will be a strong advantage

  • Strong attention to detail, with a meticulous and methodical approach to documentation

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and multitask effectively

  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive and can-do attitude

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
