Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Sales Director to join our APAC commercial team in Singapore. This role is designed for a senior professional with deep expertise in KYC/regtech solutions and a proven track record of driving enterprise-level growth across fast-moving sectorsparticularly within crypto and fintech.

The successful candidate will spearhead market expansion, build C-suite relationships, and position our compliance platform as the partner of choice for leading digital asset businesses and financial institutions across the region.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional GTM strategy to capture market share and revenue growth across APAC.
  • Lead end-to-end business developmentfrom pipeline generation to closing high-value dealswith a focus on crypto exchanges, fintechs, and financial institutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their compliance challenges and positioning tailored KYC/AML solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Implementation teams to ensure client needs are met with precision and agility.
  • Monitor regulatory developments, competitor moves, and industry trends to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and senior-level networking forums.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years in business development, strategic sales, or partnerships within financial services, regtech, or fintech, with a strong preference for crypto/blockchain exposure.
  • Deep understanding of KYC/AML frameworks, compliance onboarding, and risk operationsable to engage credibly with compliance and C-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) required.
  • Strategic, analytical, and execution-orientedable to translate market insight into actionable plans.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Singapore.
