Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle client onboarding, including due diligence processes, sanctions screening, and compliance tasks. Liaise with clients to collect necessary documents and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct searches and complete due diligence according to compliance procedures. Manage client database and ensure information is up-to-date.
  • Coordinate account opening and changes, collaborating with Legal, Credit, and Operations teams.
  • Track and perform timely periodic reviews. Serve as the main point of contact for client queries related to onboarding and due diligence matters.
  • Perform tasks as a Maker and Custodian in Safe Custody Management when required. Ensure adherence to procedures and escalate risks/issues for resolution.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining an activities Dashboard. Handle day-to-day client queries and complaints, escalating as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate when necessary. Understanding of Wholesale banking products and KYC/AML procedures.
  • Knowledge of operations management and monitoring requirements. Familiarity with credit documentation, loan structures, trade finance, and banking terminology.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large financial institution.
