Job Description:

We are seeking a KYC Associate to join the Client Services team within a brokerage firm on a 1-year contract.

The role will focus on onboarding clients within a Prime Brokerage environment, ensuring all KYC and due diligence requirements are met in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end client onboarding for Prime Brokerage clients
• Conduct KYC due diligence, documentation review, and verification processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Legal, Operations) to facilitate onboarding
• Manage client documentation and resolve onboarding-related queries
• Support periodic reviews and remediation of existing client accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 1 - 5 years of relevant experience in KYC / client onboarding within Financial institutions
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and KYC/AML standards
• Experience within Client Services or onboarding teams in financial institutions
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively
