KY11 - Senior Physiotherapist

Position Title: Physiotherapist Grade I

Location: Bright Hill

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8:30AM - 6:00PM

Salary: $5,000 - $7,000

Job Description

. Independently manage a diverse caseload, including post-operative, neurological, and musculoskeletal cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

. Assess patients and develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.

. Conduct reassessments for active rehabilitation and maintenance cases.

. Review and update rehabilitation plans and treatment progress.

. Plan and coordinate patient discharge.

. Participate in service development and departmental initiatives.

. Provide guidance and support to entry-level Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, and students.

. Support cross-coverage within the rehabilitation team.

. Conduct independent case management and case discussions.

. Prepare incident reports when required.

. Collect and maintain statistical data for regular reporting.

. Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and peer teaching activities.

. Recommend improvements to therapy programmes and rehabilitation services.

Requirements

. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).

. Registered with AHPC and possess a valid Practising Certificate.

. Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification.

. Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in a hospital or nursing home setting.

. Experience in community care and aged care settings will be an advantage.

. Postgraduate qualifications in Physiotherapy or related fields will be advantageous.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
