Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement overarching management strategies and operational directions.
- Oversee corporate functions including finance, budgeting, HR, and regulatory compliance, with routine reporting to Korea headquarters.
- Manage administrative operations such as accounting, taxation, audit, leasing, and insurance.
- Engage with local authorities regarding legal and regulatory matters.
- Ensure service quality for major clients by handling customer requests and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain operational performance and quality control for on-site systems, including Abatement, Scrubber, and Chiller equipment.
- Supervise engineers and technicians, including shift planning and competency development to enhance site efficiency.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention while managing service agreements and proposals.
- Analyze sales performance and oversee the financial balance for the Singapore operations.
- Conduct regular communications with headquarters regarding annual goals, performance measures, and growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
- Proven ability to manage operational and customer support functions effectively.
- Strong background in corporate operations and compliance management.
- Demonstrated experience in resource management and strategic planning.
- Korean language proficiency to liaise with Korea HQ and Korean speaking clients.
