Position: Public Policy and Language Specialist
Type:Contract
Compensation:$45$60/hour
Location:Korea
Commitment:20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex public policy frameworks into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.
- Write fluently in both Korean and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression across languages.
- Provide cultural and policy insights unique to the public in Korea.
- Work closely with reviewers and peers to refine content.
- Collaborate independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native-level fluency in Korean with strong written and spoken English.
- Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or a similar field.
- 26+ years of experience in politics, public policy, think tanks, etc.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in policy writing, instructional design, or academic publishing.
Preferred
- Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
- Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
