Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a KOL Manager to lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from talent

sourcing and strategy development to campaign execution and talent management. This role

requires a strong understanding of the influencer landscape, social media trends, and the ability to

align creative initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

(A) KOL Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute KOL and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand, campaign, and business objectives.
  • Understand client and internal stakeholder requirements to identify suitable KOLs based on audience demographics, content style, engagement, and brand fit.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging influencer trends and opportunities.

(B) Talent Sourcing & Management

  • Source, evaluate, and recommend KOLs, influencers, content creators, celebrities, and talent partners across multiple categories and platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of KOLs, agencies, managers, and industry partners.
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity terms, and contractual agreements with talents and representatives.
  • Manage day-to-day communications and relationships with talents to ensure smooth collaboration and long-term partnerships.

(C) Campaign Execution

  • Lead end-to-end campaign management from briefing, talent onboarding, content development, approvals, execution, and reporting.
  • Ensure KOL deliverables are executed according to agreed timelines, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including Creative, Social Media, Media, Client Servicing, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution.

(D) Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and content effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Track budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently within approved spending.

(E) Industry & Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, influencer best practices, and emerging content formats.
  • Identify new talents, niche communities, and innovative collaboration opportunities that can enhance campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, talent management, social media, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
  • Proven experience sourcing, managing, and negotiating with influencers and talent representatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and generate insights.
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of campaign objectives, ROI, and brand outcomes.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
