About the Role:
We are looking for a highly charismatic and driven Web3 Creator Growth & Brand Ambassador. More than just a traditional Business Development (BD) role, you will be the crucial bridge between our platform and top-tier users. You will act as the face of the brand, confidently speaking on our behalf while building a powerful personal IP. If you are a Web3 expert with strong networking skills, exceptional presentation abilities, and existing creator resources, join us to drive explosive brand growth!
What You Will Do
- Eco-Expansion & User Acquisition: Identify and onboard premium Mandarin-speaking Web3 KOLs and KOCs. Formulate mutually beneficial strategies to drive new user growth and trading volume.
- Brand Representation & Personal IP Building: Actively serve as a brand advocate. Confidently appear on-camera and build a strong personal brand on platforms like X (Twitter) to create synergy with our corporate brand.
- Event Management: Spearhead and execute high-impact offline meetups, salons, and online campaigns for creators, building a highly sticky network of KOL/KOC partners.
- Market Intelligence & PR: Monitor Web3 trends and market sentiment. Collaborate with the PR team to mitigate potential risks and safeguard brand reputation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to translate KOL feedback into actionable product optimizations and ensure campaign targets are fully met.
What We Are Looking For
- Crypto expert: 1-3 years of experience in the Web3/crypto industry. Deep understanding of exchange ecosystems, product logic, and trading behaviors.
- Charismatic Communicator: Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proven experience in running personal social media accounts (especially X) is highly preferred.
- Established Network: Possesse an active network of Mandarin-speaking Web3 KOLs/KOCs, with a track record of leveraging these relations for user acquisition and activation.
- Excellent Presentation Skills: Highly energetic, presentable, and comfortable being on-camera (On-camera experience is a must).
- Omnichannel Savvy: Familiar with X, Telegram, Discord, and Xiaohongshu. Comfortable acting in a fast-paced environment and open to business travel.
