Knowledge Management Lawyer

A&G Asia is a network of law firms with offices in Singapore, Myanmar, Vietnam, and China, and associate firms in Malaysia and Indonesia. The A&G Knowledge Management (KM) department is one of the most established KM teams in Singapore, supporting A&G Asia and our clients with legal updates and knowhow, seminars and webinars, and publications.

A&G KM is looking for an Associate (or Legal Executive) to join our team. The role combines legal expertise with legal technology to help lawyers deliver legal services more efficiently and consistently.

The KM lawyer's responsibilities are diverse and will include:

• Working with lawyers across practices to develop and maintain precedents, knowhow, guidelines, and manuals
• Drafting primers, articles, and other items on legal and regulatory topics
• Editing internal and external publications
• Developing training programmes and materials
• Managing KM systems and processes
• Providing KM support for Firm-wide initiatives and projects

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications and skills:

• A good law degree from a reputable law school
• At least three years of practice experience in a law firm
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Excellent drafting, research, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong team orientation and willingness to work with lawyers across diverse practices and business services teams, including those within our regional network
• Interest in legal technology and innovation
• Enthusiasm to pursue a career in knowledge management in the legal industry
• Eagerness to learn about and contribute toward a law firm's knowhow, publications, and learning initiatives
