Job Description

. Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation.

. Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients.

. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.

. Wash dishes and store kitchen tools properly.

. Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain hygiene standards.

. Help with receiving and storing food deliveries.

Requirements

. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

. Physically fit (standing long hours, lifting supplies).

. Teamwork and willingness to follow instructions.

. Previous kitchen experience is helpful but often not required.
