Job Summary
Join our team as a Kitchen Production Assistant, responsible for preparing and packing fruits while maintaining kitchen hygiene and following food safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and prepare fruits to meet company quality standards
- Cut fruits accurately according to company specifications for consistent presentation
- Pack fruits into cups and containers efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area to support a safe food preparation environment
- Follow established food safety and hygiene procedures to comply with health regulations
- Assist with other kitchen production tasks as needed to support smooth operations
- Stand for extended periods during shifts to maintain productivity in a fast-paced kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and maintain a positive work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen working experience, preferably with the same company
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Punctuality, responsibility, and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
