Kitchen Manager

As Central Kitchen Manager, you will:

. In charge of ingredient preparation

. Coordinate with branches to take orders and arrange deliveries

. Work night shifts (11:30 pm - 11:30 am)

Key Requirements:

. Ability to fillet large Batang fish (approx. 8 kg)

. Skilled in cooking and handling seafood (prawns, cuttlefish, etc.)
