• Partner closely with our service team to create a seamless, synchronized flow from kitchen to guest.

• Identify and nurture the talent within your team, helping each member develop their skills and career.

• Take full ownership of the kitchen environment, ensuring it remains a safe, efficient, and inspiring space for excellence.

• You have 3 or more years of hands-on experience leading a team in a commercial kitchen.
