Job Description

Position : Kitchen Lead/ Operations Assistant (Basic Cooking/ Food Hygiene Certification) - URGENT
Location : Tanah Merah (11 minutes walk from Tanah Merah MRT)
Working hours : 5 days a week (Including Saturday/Sunday) - 10AM -7.30PM (Rotation - Weekly - 2 days off)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2700 + 7-12% Performance Bonus Quarterly/ 14 days Annual Leave
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Retail for Baby Food Products

Main Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and adequate product supply
Support internal and external teams to improve brand growth
Lead kitchen crew when needed
Every other adhoc operational duty as needed

Requirements:

Strong organisational skills with a positive attitude

Physically fit to carry kitchen ingredients

Must be willing to learn to cook and learn the kitchen processes

Valid Food Hygiene Certification

Comfortable with simple computer work
