Job Summary
Join Pietrasanta group, a passionate Italian dining company, as a Kitchen Helper/Cleaner. You will support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, following food safety standards, and assisting chefs to ensure high-quality food service.
Responsibilities
- Replace the dishwasher once a week to maintain kitchen hygiene and efficiency
- Follow food handling and hygiene regulations according to SFA standards to ensure food safety
- Clean and maintain kitchen areas and equipment to keep them in good working condition
- Support the head chef and assigned kitchen personnel, including Sous and Junior Sous Chefs, to assist in daily kitchen tasks
- Handle and store all food items properly to preserve quality and safety

- Demonstrate effective communication skills to coordinate with team members
- Show initiative and self-motivation to learn and take on kitchen responsibilities
- Work well as a team player in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Have a commitment to serving food of the highest quality
