Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and SOPs.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including automated cooking systems where applicable.
  • Perform food preparation, portioning, and replenishment of ingredients.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Assist with stock receiving, storage, and inventory control.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service (for Service Crew).
  • Work in a Halal-certified restaurant and uphold Halal food handling standards.
