Work environment: Air-conditioned kitchen that handles only permissible and halal-certified ingredients.
Working hours: up to 44 hours / 5.5 days a week

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Food preparation, cooking, and operating of kitchen equipment according to recipe cards and instructions.
- Portion and pack cooked food for delivery and distribution based on given instructions.
- Adhere to food safety/hygiene standards and maintain cleanliness of kitchen, kitchenware and equipment at all time.
- Manage the receiving of inventories from suppliers
- Ensure proper storage conditions and FEFO practices are met for each product category.
- Daily monitoring of inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to Outlet Manager.
Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents may apply.
- Possess a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certification.
- Able to commit on Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays.
- Able to multi-task and handle busy service periods independently.
- Candidates with little or no experience are welcome to apply. On-job training provided.
