Responsibilities
- Perform the duty of opening and closing of the outlet
- Assist the cook in preparing the dishes such as frying, cooking soup, and cutting meat and vegetables
- Prepare the orders such as sauces, spices, seasonings and marinades based on the kitchen operating procedures
- Store food in assigned places and storage areas to prevent spoilage
- Assist in dishwashing if required
- Handle any other duties assigned by Supervisor
- Follow company safety procedures while working in the kitchen
Requirements
- At least 1 year of F&B experience is required
- Applicants with a Food Hygiene Certificate will have an advantage
You will be based at one of the restaurants in Singapore
