Job Description
. Prepare all ingredient assigned by Head Chef / Sous chef
. Cook and plate food items accurately to specifications.
. Ensure the daily kitchen set-up is carried out on time and in accordance to the standards.
. Ensure all work stations and equipment are maintained in a clean and fully operational manner all the time.
Job Requirements
. Prefer working experience in the western restaurant and friendly personality
. Able to communicate in English and Chinese
