Job Scope:
. Washing of cutleries, cookware, dishes, pots, and pans.
. Disposing of trash regularly and appropriately.
. Maintaining cleanliness of the area of work.
. Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
. Supporting kitchen staff with basic cleaning and stewarding duties as required.
. Following all food safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
. Complying with health and safety standards in the workplace.
Job Requirements
- Able to commit to working in the evenings on Friday and Saturday nights and lunch hour during weekday from Monday to Friday (from August to November 2025).
- Able to operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
Working Arrangement:
1x pax Weekday Lunch -- Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 3.00pm (26 Aug - 3 Oct 2025)
2x pax Lunch Tue-Thu 10.30am to 3.00pm & Dinner Fri-Sat 5.00pm to 11.00pm (26 Aug - 11 Nov 2025)
Salary: $14/hour
