We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant. As a kitchen assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal preparation
- Portion food accordingly and store them in assigned containers and areas to keep them fresh.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations.
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes and sweeping/mopping floors.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate meal service.
- Demonstrate initiative by actively seeking out additional tasks and taking on new challenges.
- Work effectively as part of a team, contributing ideas and supporting fellow team members.
- Take direction from the head chef and other senior kitchen staff.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Passion for food and cooking.
- Possess food handler certificate (preferred, but not required)
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training, but with willingness to learn, are also welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
