• OT payable if work hours exceed 44 hours during the week

Responsibilities

• Responsible for food preparation and cooking duties
• Maintain kitchen and workstation cleanliness
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Support the preparation & production of food
• Restock all items when required

Requirements

• No experience required
• Willing to work Shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Can-do attitude
• Working experience in sushi restaurants and conversant in Japanese language in order to liaise with Japanese colleagues/customers will be advantageous
