Kitchen Assistant

• Position : Kitchen Assistant

• Location : Shenton Way (Near Downtown MRT)

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 11AM - 8:30PM

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2300 + OT + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Dental/Medical

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : F&B

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items for ready consumption (e.g. cooking, toasting, reheating)

• Portion, assemble and/or package menu dishes and other food items

• Clean food preparation areas, kitchen stations, equipment, tables, cutlery

• Provide counter service (e.g. greet customers, recommend food items), where needed

• Collect payment from customers

• Package food/drinks for takeaways

• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in F&B, kitchen operations, food preparation or a related role

• Able to perform food preparation, cleaning and counter service duties

• Able to handle food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, as part of the role
