Job Summary
Support kitchen operations by preparing and baking Tim Hortons signature products, including donuts, while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and glaze donuts following Tim Hortons recipes and quality standards
- Handle and portion ingredients accurately to ensure product consistency
- Monitor baking times to maintain consistent product quality
- Perform cleaning tasks such as washing trays and baking tools to maintain kitchen hygiene
- Assist with daily back-of-house setup to support smooth kitchen operations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Collaborate with front-of-house team members to ensure efficient service flow
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred training provided)
- Ability to understand and speak English
- Experience in food preparation, baking, or kitchen work is an advantage but not required
