KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Job Scope:

• Responsible for opening and closing the kitchen
• Prepares food orders and assists with mise en place
• Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen area
• Assists in conducting inventory checks and placing orders as needed
• Performs additional tasks assigned by Supervisors to support kitchen operations

Job Requirements:

• Basic kitchen and cooking skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Food hygiene certificate preferred
