Kitchen Assistant (Gelato)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce gelato from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Follow recipes and production processes to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and quality.
• Pack and prepare gelato products for delivery.
• Assist in operating gelato production machines and equipment.
• Support recipe mixing and production processes under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization in the production area.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of prior experience required.
• Ability to work precisely and follow detailed recipe.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Time management skills to handle multiple production tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina for standing long hours and working in cold environments.
• Teamwork and good communication skills.

Employment Details

• Salary: SGD 1,200/month
• Benefits: Medical claim and Annual leave.
• Employment Type: Contract of 6 months, renewable.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 2 PM. No weekend and PH. ONLY 5HR DAILY.
• Location: Tai Seng.
