Kitchen Assistant - Job Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Wash, dry, and properly store kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, cutting boards, and cooking appliances.
• Assist with basic food preparation and meal production.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and clean kitchen walls to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Receive, unload, and organize delivered food supplies.
• Store food items correctly following stock rotation and food safety procedures.
• Transfer ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as required.
• Prepare hot beverages.
• Assist with meal plating and presentation.
• Blend and prepare food according to recipes and dietary requirements.
• Support kitchen staff in daily operations and maintain cleanliness throughout the work area.
