Kitchen Assistant (F&B Operations)

Overview
The Kitchen Assistant supports food preparation, service and general kitchen operations. The role includes preparing work stations, packaging food, serving dishes accurately, and maintaining cleanliness according to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, equipment and work stations before service.

• Package food products according to guidelines and handle special orders.

• Serve food and beverages accurately, ensuring orders match customer requests.

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment and dining spaces.

• Follow hygiene, food safety and portion control requirements.

• Support team members and communicate effectively to meet operational needs.

Requirements

• No prior experience required training will be provided.

• Good communication skills and a positive team-player attitude.

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks, long standing hours and varying temperatures.

• Able to work six days a week and perform occasional lifting.
