My client is an local heritage brand emphaisizing on small bites of everything in traditional rich dishes.
Mainly in Heritage Nyonya cuisines, cakes, pastries, dried food, desserts and more.
We're looking for new Kitchen Staff at an outlet in the Eastern side to scale up their operations.
# Key Responsibilities #
- Kitchen assitance to prepare dishes according to instructions.
- Maintaining stall/shop overall cleanliness, including wiping counters, washing equipments, clearing trash, and keeping the workspace organised.
- Washing up with the aid of commercial dishwasher
- Restock ingredients
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines (SFA requirements, handwashing, glove use, proper storage).
- Assist to manage customer orders quickly and accurately, especially during peak periods.
- Assist with opening and closing duties - prepping ingredients, turning on/off machines, counting stock, and closing reports.
# Requirements #
- Former experience in similar cuisines/dishes will be an advantage
- Finesse to stand for long hours and handle fast-paced environments.
- Able to work weekends, evenings, shifts and Public Holidays (PH) as needed.
- Salary to scale up based on skills and experience
