Kitchen Assistant

Main responsibilities:

. Prepare ingredients and assist with daily food preparation

. Support the chefs during service

. Cook and prepare menu items when required

. Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards

. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

. Follow food hygiene and safety procedures

. Assist with receiving, storing and rotating stock

. Perform other kitchen duties as required

Requirements:

. Previous kitchen or food-preparation experience is preferred

. Basic cooking skills and willingness to work as a cook when needed

. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

. Reliable, punctual and a good team player

. Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness

. Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
