Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations in our Vietnamese restaurant. This role is essential in ensuring smooth food preparation, cleanliness, and efficient kitchen workflow during night operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks

• Prepare ingredients such as washing, cutting, and portioning

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations

• Wash dishes and kitchen utensils

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Requirements

• Prior kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage, but not required

• Willing to work night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
