Join Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, a team passionate about redefining the future of payments through innovative technology. You'll play a crucial role in our recently established JPM Coin product line within Kinexys Digital Payments, focused on transforming payments on public and private blockchain infrastructures.
As a Product Manager within JPM Coin, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of JPM Coin product. You will be part of a global team of product designers, technologists, and innovators, tasked with providing clients with next-generation on-chain token-based solutions for payments and settlements.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the development and delivery of JPM Coin product delivery and enablement for adoption.
- Lead the rollout of capabilitiesthat differentiate Kinexys from traditional market solutions, enabling real-time, transparent, and programmable use of on-chain deposit tokens to support native use-cases on blockchain networks.
- Collaborate with key stakeholdersacross Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Implementations and Client Services teams to propel product initiatives and ensure regulatory alignment.
- Define and enhance the client onboarding and client service modelfor JPM Coin, ensuring a seamless and differentiated client experience.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development and Client Success teams to develop commercial strategies and client-facing materials that support product commercialization and adoption.
- Work with cross-line-of-business teamsto assess the feasibility and integration of JPM Coin to support payment and settlement use-cases across the firm.
- Develop and size market opportunities, pricing strategies, and growth projections.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and regulatory changesin blockchain based payments including stablecoins, blockchain, and payments to maintain a leading market position.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent disciplines.
- Relevant experience in payments, financial services, enterprise fintech, or blockchain technology including stablecoins and cryptocurrencies.
- Strong collaboratorwith proven ability to work alongside cross-functional partners, including Technology, Operations and Compliance.
- Strategic thinkerwith the ability to conceptualize and prioritize initiatives, and connect the dots across business and functional areas to deliver high-impact solutions for clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindsetcomfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance and a strong sense of ownership.
- Execution-focused and action-orientedwith experience in highly cross-functional organizations.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Product management experiencein payments, liquidity or accounts management or blockchain-based payments including stablecoins and cryptocurrencies.
- Technical experiencewith payments and distributed ledger technologies.
- Familiarity with client onboarding, compliance management, cash management, and digital asset solutions.
