Kindergarten Teacher

We are a religious-based school looking for a qualified Preschool Teacher (English Language) who loves to work with young children. Our mission is to inculcate Christian values in building confidence, the joy of learning, and exercising their gifts and talents for the community and the environment. Our ideal candidate must have great love and patience for our children. MUST possess an Early Childhood Qualifications to teach.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate.
• Employ a variety of educational techniques and teaching strategies in making storytelling, purposeful play, circle time, learning centres, etc to engage children in the joy of learning.
• Observe each child and help them to improve in their social competencies in accordance with our core values and build their confidence.
• Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments.
• Ensure children are safe at all times.
• Prepare children's progress report to parents.
• Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children better.
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistently, with health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher
• Require the Diploma in Early Childhood
• Excellent understanding of the principles of child development
• Effective communication skills
• Competent in both English and Chinese language
• Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable
• A balance between a creative mind and practical acumen,
