Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and cut ingredients according to recipes.
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes.
- Assisting Staff: Support chefs and cooks with various tasks during meal preparation.
- Inventory & Stocking: Unload deliveries, store ingredients, check expiration dates, and report items needed for replenishment.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen tidy and organized, including floors, appliances, and storage areas.
- Health & Safety: Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
