About the Role

We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow relationships with our brand partners. This role is focused on driving performance across TikTok Shop, livestream campaigns, and creator collaborations.

You will be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly while identifying opportunities to scale sales and deepen partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage a portfolio of key brand accounts across TikTok Shop and e-commerce campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to increase GMV and performance

Campaign Execution

  • Work closely with internal teams (creators, livestream hosts, operations) to execute campaigns
  • Ensure timely delivery of livestreams, content, and promotional activities
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise where needed

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop campaign strategies including creator selection, pricing, and offers
  • Align with brands on monthly plans, key campaigns (e.g. 9.9, 11.11), and targets
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and platform changes

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track sales performance, conversions, and campaign results
  • Prepare reports and present insights to clients
  • Recommend actionable improvements for future campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years experience in account management, e-commerce, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, livestream selling, or creator ecosystem is a plus
  • Good communication and client management skills
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines independently
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actions
  • Familiar with tools like TikTok Seller Center, CapCut, Canva (preferred)
