Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Understand client business objectives and provide proactive advice and solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings within existing client accounts.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and present regular client reports and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to the development of client account strategies.

Skills and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or key account management, preferably within the professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, tax, or advisory services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
