Job Scope:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Understand client business objectives and provide proactive advice and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings within existing client accounts.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and present regular client reports and performance reviews.
- Contribute to the development of client account strategies.
Skills and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or key account management, preferably within the professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting, tax, or advisory services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
