The Opportunity

The Key Accounts Director role is responsible for driving continued growth and expansion of Ogury across the APAC-SEA market.

As Key Accounts Director for the Singapore/SEA region, you will partner with leading advertisers and agencies to maximize revenue opportunities, acting as a senior sales leader and subject-matter expert for Ogury.

You will take ownership of Ogury's largest strategic regional accounts and develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners.

In addition, you will actively contribute to regional growth by building new business across the local market, executing the go-to-market strategy, identifying strong commercial opportunities, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.

This role reports directly to the Managing Director, APAC, and is a high-visibility revenue leadership position with full ownership of strategic regional partnerships.

What you will do

  • Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term revenue growth and deepen client partnerships
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic regional and multinational accounts across agencies and direct advertisers
  • Build and expand senior relationships within agency holding groups, independent agencies, and enterprise brands
  • Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across agency and direct enterprise partnerships
  • Lead the creation, negotiation, and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key agencies and advertisers to align commercial priorities and drive incremental investment
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve go-to-market strategy, sales narratives, and client engagement approaches
  • Engage stakeholders across all levels, from day-to-day client teams to senior executives, to influence investment decisions and accelerate growth
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting in Salesforce

What you will bring to Ogury

  • Proven experience in digital advertising sales with a strong track record in client management across programmatic, creative, audience, and measurement solutions
  • Strong expertise in the Singapore and SEA markets with an established network of decision-makers across agencies and advertisers
  • Demonstrated ability to win new business and consistently grow strategic regional accounts
  • Strong understanding of advertising sales and ability to craft integrated solutions combining media, audience, creative, and measurement strategies
  • A fast-paced, high-accountability, high-performance mindset
  • A consultative, trusted-advisor approach with senior client stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort engaging executive-level audiences
