We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Key Account Sales & User Training Specialist. This hybrid role combines B2B sales, account management, and customer enablement, making it ideal for someone passionate about building relationships, driving revenue, and empowering users through effective product training.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle for key accounts, from prospecting to closing
- Build strong customer relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Deliver product demonstrations and value-based presentations
- Conduct engaging user training sessions (onsite, virtual, or hybrid)
- Develop training materials, guides, and onboarding resources
- Monitor customer adoption, training effectiveness, and account growth
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and customer insights
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or training
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships
- Ability to deliver customer training and enablement programs
- Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible working schedules
