Key Account Specialist (KAS) supports the management of strategic customer accounts while independently managing and growing a portfolio of assigned customer accounts.
This role combines account coordination, commercial execution, and business development responsibilities. The Key Account Specialist serves as a key commercial interface between customers and Fu Yu, ensuring customer requirements are met while identifying and developing growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
For assigned customers, the Key Account Specialist is responsible for account performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. The KAS is expected to proactively identify opportunities for new programs, product expansions, and long-term account development.
The role also supports Key Account Managers in executing strategies for larger strategic accounts and ensuring effective coordination across Fu Yu's multi-site manufacturing operations.
