Role Description

This is a full-time Thailand Sales role based in Singapore at Whale Tech. The primary responsibilities of this role include driving business growth in the Thailand market, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing sales deals.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Thailand Sales Manager / Key Account Sales. Your primary objective will be to maximize sales and revenue growth in Thailand through effective customer relationship management and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the Thailand market by actively identifying new customers and business opportunities.
  • Build long-term and trusted relationships with customers and partners in Thailand.
  • Convert inquiries into sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong market awareness of Thailand retail and technology trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or key account management.
  • Experience managing or developing the Thailand market is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Thai is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software or hardware technologies.
  • Prior experience in the Retail sector is a plus (F&B, Fashion, GMS, Beauty & Cosmetics, Automotive, etc.).
  • Self-motivated with a highly competitive and result-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Based in Singapore and willing to travel frequently to Thailand.
