  • To optimize business volume and profitability for Regional key account portfolio in NVO segment.
  • To drive continuous growth in sales efficiency while achieving KPIs both in TEUs and contribution margin.
  • To develop negotiation strategies and manage global tender to attain maximum returns both in multiple trade lanes and contributions.
  • To collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
  • To actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE's digitalization strategies.
  • To develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.
  • To maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on business KPI such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc.
  • Assist in any other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines.
  • Preferably with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
  • Proven sales execution ability, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and resilient.
  • Adaptable and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.
  • Knowledge in Google suite apps is advantageous.
