- To optimize business volume and profitability for Regional key account portfolio in NVO segment.
- To drive continuous growth in sales efficiency while achieving KPIs both in TEUs and contribution margin.
- To develop negotiation strategies and manage global tender to attain maximum returns both in multiple trade lanes and contributions.
- To collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
- To actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE's digitalization strategies.
- To develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.
- To maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on business KPI such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc.
- Assist in any other assigned duties.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines.
- Preferably with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
- Proven sales execution ability, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and resilient.
- Adaptable and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.
- Knowledge in Google suite apps is advantageous.
