Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Identify and prospect Corporate accounts in Singapore
  2. Consistently win a targeted number and value of new customers from a defined prospect list
  3. Advocate company value proposition to your portfolio ensuring you customers get a full comprehension of capabilities
  4. Manage complete sales cycle from prospection, bid presentation, negotiation to closing Implement new accounts including customer training and internal implementation with other departments (Replanishment, Finance, Customer Service)
  5. Support to coordinate special sourcing request from customer following company guidelines
  6. Pricing & margin management To report on sales activities and update CRM on activities and opportunities and progress
  7. Cooperation with other internal departments (CS, Logistics, Marketing) to deliver excellent service and proper customized solutions
  8. Functional coordination with the International Account Manager to respect global tender and agreement conditions
  9. Help to digitalize customer's order-to-pay journey using Lyreco e-solution
  10. Work closely with Corporate Inside Sales team to develop sales and manage most efficent processes to manage customers requirements Carry out any other adhoc reasonable assignment from the management team from time to time

QUALIFICATION

  • Education Level : Minimum Diploma in any studies
  • Specific : Skills Strong analytical skills, Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Strong negotiation skills, Strong sales pipeline management skills
  • Certifications : Diploma or Degree in any fields
  • Licenses : Diving License is a plus
  • Language Requirement : Good written & spoken English skills
  • Communication Skill : Good Communication and Persuasion skills. Solution oriented mindset & Good organizational skills
  • Working Experience : Minimum 5 years working experience in B2B field engaging with Corporate Large accounts or service based sales position(FMCG Industry)
